This high-impact 4-week course designed for both male and female developing and performance players will transform your batting by combining powerful mental strategies, sharp technical skills, and smart tactical thinking. With unique tactical tools, expert insights, and game-ready routines, you’ll be equipped to outthink the bowlers and dominate every phase of the game.
Week 1: Foundations for scoring
Setting up to score runs
Building the physical and mental foundations for run scoring.
Playing pace
Understanding the key aspects and options for playing fast bowling.
Week 2: Playing spin
Options vs Spin
Use the bat face smartly
Manipulate length by using the crease (back and forward)
Develop confidence when advancing down the wicket
Week 3: Sweeping to score
Sweep shots
Develop a range of sweeps - offside, leg side and paddle variations - to expanse scoring areas and disrupt length.
Week 4: Putting it all together
Refining performance
Delivering performance against various bowling types (pace, spin, swing, seam) and making smart scoring decisions based on field placements and personal strengths
