3-Month Website Subscription Agreement (Off-Season)
By subscribing, you are entering into an agreement with SEAMS Cricket Coaching ("We", "Us") for access to our digital coaching resources, including the Coach IT Hub
Subscription Term
This subscription runs for a fixed period of three (3) months from the date access is granted.
Access automatically ends at the conclusion of the 3 month term unless otherwise agreed.
The subscription is £40 per month, billed monthly.
What’s included
During the subscription period, you receive:
Password-protected access to all plans, programmes, and coaching insights within the Coach IT Hub
Invitation to the Coach IT Hub WhatsApp group
Invitation to the annual Coach IT Conference (if held during your subscription)
Intellectual Property
All content provided by SEAMS Cricket Coaching remains our exclusive intellectual property. Access is granted as a limited, non-transferable licence for personal coaching use only.
No ownership rights are transferred.
Sharing & use restrictions
You agree that you will not:
Share your login or access credentials
Copy, record, distribute, or reproduce any SEAMS content
Upload materials to shared drives, club platforms, or social media
Use SEAMS content outside your own coaching environment
Unauthorised sharing or misuse may result in immediate termination without refund.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if these terms are breached. No refunds will be issued where termination results from misuse or sharing.
Legal
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update content within the Coach IT Hub during your subscription period.
