CLUB COACHING SUPPORT PLAN

Introduction

SEAMS Cricket Coaching was founded by AJ Harris, a former English first-class cricketer, right-arm pace bowler, and right-handed batsman. During his career, he made over 120 first-class appearances and took more than 450 first class wickets.

Following his retirement from first class cricket, AJ moved into coaching at Derbyshire CCC, starting as the 2nd XI Coach before advancing to Bowling Coach and later Academy Director. In November 2016, he left Derbyshire to establish SEAMS Cricket Coaching Academy, driven by his passion for developing cricketers and coaches at all levels.

SEAMS Cricket Coaching is dedicated to helping cricket players maximise their potential and enhance performance — whether aspiring to succeed at their local club or striving to compete at the highest level.
